We are currently looking to add to our team and are searching for a qualified Project Coordinator for our Iowa City, Iowa office.
The ideal candidate for the Project Coordinator will have a background in customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
o Setup and maintain customer files o Respond to customer inquiries o Communicate with sub crews and provide information and updates o Create pricing information sheet o Receive and process billing and invoicing from sub-contractors o Maintain production tracking, reporting to appropriate contact o Prepare monthly invoices o Create reports as requestedThis is a full-time position with a benefit package that includes:

The ideal candidate for Project Coordinator will have the following:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum of 1-year customer service experienceRequired Skills:
