Office Hours Mon-Fri 7:
30am-5:
30pm.
NO SATURDAYS, SUNDAY, OR EVENING HOURS.
Our schedules are consistent and get people out on time! We are the perfect fit for those who enjoy having weekends off, being able to watch their favorite shows in the evening, and enjoy the many indoor and outdoor activities that Coralville has to offer.

Position Full-Time Receptionist High school diploma or higher 1
years' experience in a veterinary practice.

Duties may include but not be limited to:
? Coordinate Appointments ? Client call-backs, follow-ups and education ? Medical Record Keeping ? Inventory control ? Answering a multi-line phone system and maintaining emails ? Collaborate with others to develop practice SOP's ? Collaborate with others for Facebook, and other social media posting/advertising ? Maintain presentation, upkeep of interior and exterior of facility.
