The Hospitality Director will play a key role in providing leadership to the General Managers at each of our restaurant locations.
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hospitality department with an emphasis on guest service excellence, food and beverage quality, front-of-house operations, and strong revenue performance.

primary duties the employee performs regularly Provide strategic leadership and direction to the hospitality team across several locations.
Prepare and complete high-impact visits for each restaurant once per month minimally.
Ensure all locations are working in unison (using the same tools, up to date on current promotions/initiatives, consistent style of service, etc.
) Regularly prepare and conduct department-specific L10 meetings.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate management staff and team members.
Set and communicate performance expectations and goals for the team.
Foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by setting and maintaining service standards.
Oversee restaurant and bar operations, including menu development (with collaboration from the Culinary Director), quality control, and service.
Monitor food and beverage inventory, pricing, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee operations to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant by ensuring we maintain and improve the physical condition of the restaurants.
Regularly inspect restaurants to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring cost control and profitability.
Implement revenue-generating strategies, including upselling, promotions, and pricing.
Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
Cultivate positive guest relations by implementing and maintaining guest loyalty and recognition programs.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
Oversee health and safety protocols, including emergency response plans.
Assist with developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the 30hop Group brand Collaborate with the marketing teams to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Implement innovative ideas and technologies to enhance guest experiences.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Eligibility Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
(preferred) Proven restaurant experience in a general manager role or senior/executive hospitality management role with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Financial acumen and budget management experience.
Knowledge of hospitality software and technology.
