CORE
Responsibilities:
Directly supervises 10 to 20 direct support employees in the Children's Services team.
Hiring, training and scheduling of staff assigned to work with children in the clinic and/or community programs.
Coordinates the process of evaluating and giving feedback for job performance collaboratively with the correlating Clinic Supervisors or Program Coordinators.
Responsibilities are performed personally and implemented alongside the Clinic Supervisors and Program Coordinators to direct care staff to ensure appropriate implementation of programming for persons served.
Be a detailed oriented, self-directed individual with the ability to adapt to new situations, displays strong customer service, and communicates effectively both verbally and in written format.
Qualifications Education and/or
Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college with six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Option:
Bachelor's degree in related field with direct care experience or internship in Human Services.
Valid Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance We will conduct a pre-employment motor vehicle and criminal background checks.
