3K a year Summary Provides Tier 1 level workstation, various hardware, application, and network support for all CIVCO users using direct contact, phone, email, chat, or screen sharing solutions in a multi-site environment.
Owns workstation lifecycle management, user administration (setups and teardowns), core CIVCO application support including Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365 solutions.
Owns Daily, Monthly and Quarterly operations checklists including the daily review of endpoint patch status and system backups.
Schedules and performs IT assimilations for new hires and is comfortable providing specialized training if necessary.
Creates and/or maintains documentation for internal and external processes.
Assists with external resource access management (consultants, contractors, etc) Works closely with all CIVCO employees at all locations, including executive management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

) End-User Support:
Troubleshooting and resolving user PC and shared resources (including printers, copiers, telephone, scanners, and conference room equipment) issues in a timely manner.
Managing the TSR (Technical Service Request) system to organize, prioritize, and resolve these user issues.
Overseeing all aspects of user workstations including hardware/software upgrades, new workstation installations/configurations, workstation moves, and keeping workstation information current at all times in the Asset Management database.
Assisting remote users.
Maintaining inventories of consumables such as printer toner cartridges and other peripheral supplies.
Daily Operations:
Performing day-to-day basic administration of systems including various applications, VM servers, CIVCO intranet, backups, and IBM iSeries.
Perform file restores as required.
Monitoring all of the aforementioned systems and taking a proactive approach for resolving issues before they become customer-impacting.
Creating, maintaining, and modifying User Accounts, Groups, Print Queues, and Servers with the appropriate rights and access privileges.
Has familiarity with current cybersecurity solutions and can effectively install and monitor these solutions to ensure endpoint, data, and overall system security.
IT Projects:
Assisting IT team members and managers with various projects and implementations.
Performing testing on systems and projects before they are placed into production.
Evaluating workstation and user impact with projects to be implemented.
Group Coverage/Backup:
Being trained on tasks and duties of other IT team members, providing coverage, and accepting responsibilities in the event they are out of the office.
This person will also be integral in the CIVCO Disaster Recovery plan.
Information Processing:
Monitor and analyze system performance indicators.
Monitor, manage and fulfill Technical Service Requests.
Monitor relevant technical bulletins and communications and access applicability.
Decision Making:
Conduct day-to-day business operations with internal and external customers.
This will include effective and timely decisions/resolutions of Technical Service Requests i.

, meeting required Service Level Agreements and consulting supervisor appropriately.
Communication:
Gather and communicate the necessary information to resolve Technical Service Requests and other platform issues as required.
Providing TSR metrics and reporting data to Superiors regularly.
Communicate necessary research concerning assigned platforms.

Education and/or Experience Associates degree in Computer Science or a related field plus three years of related experience with workstation support and network administration fundamentals; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities The position requires:
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 and the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Extraordinary analytical/problem-solving skills Superior customer service Strong verbal and written communications skills Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to take on varied tasks and assist wherever needed Ability to occasionally work after hours or on weekends and participate in on-call after-hours rotation is a requirement.
Proficiency with any of the following are considered to be a plus.
Active Directory, Office 365 Admin, VMWare ESX, IBM System i, Veeam.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
